Randy Hamann has been guiding in northern California since 2011. Based in Douglas City, Randy's main guide destinations include the Trinity River, Klamath River, Lower Sac, and Lewiston Lake. Randy is very patient, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable regarding his local fisheries. Randy is a highly versatile guide, using his raft, drift boat, jon boat, and jet boat throughout the year on his favorite guide destinations. He has a loyal following of clients that fish with him several times a year.

 

Randy is a USCG-licensed Captain which means he can operate a motorized boat in the inland waters of California. He puts this license to good use on the lower Klamath River for steelhead and on the lower reaches of the Sacramento River where he uses his jet boat to fish for trout and steelhead. Randy's jet-boat Trout-Spey trips are very popular.
